Cost vs Value: Changing Mindset Around Food- Episode 62

We Americans often think in terms of getting what we think is the cheapest option to feed hungry stomachs as a path forward for nourishing our bodies. (Perhaps we don't even think of it as nourishment? ) It just doesn't work that way. Why? Because our industrialized food system has made cheap food easily accessible and promoted it as necessary in order to feed not just America but the world. We will ultimately pay later on down the line with our health.  Listen up if you want to relate to it differently.
