Kelloggs Lawsuit- Again- Episode 63

The Attorney General of Texas is suing Kelloggs for falsely claiming to have removed dyes and BHT from their food products. When trying to find more information on the subject my searches kept coming back with additional lawsuits for false marketing around using the term "healthy" and "lightly sweetened in 2016 and then again in 2021 by Kelloggs.  How many attempts at marketing "healthy" food should company get even after the $33 million in payouts for class action lawsuits?
