Supply and Value Chain Woes- Episode 57

A supply chain or a value chain in the food system is the journey that a food product travels from the time that the seed is put into the ground until it goes back into the ground,  sometimes after  traveling the world and back. He we assume that regenerative agriculture is a part of the chain and that the food product waste will in fact be recycled and turned into soil. Do climate change models effect this? What about new bird flu vaccines? The cut to the actual farmer just becomes less and less......support your local producer!
