Moms Across America published another 3rd party review of gluten free and organic foods. This is on is worth a read. There were only two products that were tested that did not contain pesticide residues and the most common residue was glyphosate. Please be an aware consumer and when these sorts of reviews become available pay attention and decide what you want to put in your body. We also talk about why you should care.

We think the title says it all. Often times, we adults feed ourselves well but then give the kids whatever they want to eat. While we won't be popular for saying so, this mindset is perhaps why this generation is not living well and for the first time in recent history not expected to outlive their parents with regard to age. Are heavy metals to blame? Perhaps they are a piece of the puzzle. There is a lot that influences our health over the long term. Heavy metal exposure is certainly one of them.
